ProSkid manufactures all skids in-house, giving us the flexibility to fabricate to our clients exact needs.

Our collaboration with our customers when designing using SolidWorks 2D or 3D and eDrawings allows photo realistic rendering for improved understanding of the final product. To better allow our customers to understand their custom skid solutions, we also utilize the latest multi-dimensional printing technologies for a hands on scaled review. ProSkid has implemented an advanced technology-welding program. This program emphasizes control of all welding procedures, assuring the highest quality weld every time using state of the art welding equipment.

The Skids

Sometimes referred to as “a process in a box,” skid systems offer many advantages aside from portability. By providing systems for oil and gas, wastewater, chemical, and food and beverage industries, Soymet is able to help these facilities maintain better quality control. Skids are researched, developed and fully-tested off-site (including Factory Acceptance Testing, or FAT), so any start-up challenges can be identified and ironed out before the skids reach their destination; this means very little production downtime. Skids also leave a smaller environmental footprint—equipment is layered, so less piping, tanks and other process equipment can fit into a smaller design.
